Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council (NWTEDC)

Head Start/Early Head Start serving 13 counties in Northwest Tennessee

(Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Lauderdale, Madison,

  Obion, Tipton and Weakley) is currently accepting bids for Food/Juice to be used to provide meals (breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack) for the children through the Child and Adult Care

Food Program and Non-Food Supplies for Head Start and Early Head Start Centers:

 

“ Food/Juice/Non-Food Supplies” – FJNFS02

 

The contract period for this bid is July 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020 with the option of yearly renewals to run October 1 – September 30 thereafter, not to exceed four (4) additional years.  Renewal contracts after the initial contract term has the option of a reasonable price increase of <5%.  This price increase must be per item.

Contract bid packet can be mailed to you by contacting the

office at (731) 352-4743.  Sealed bids must be received at the

address listed above by 3:00 p.m. (CST) on April 24, 2019.  The bids will be

publicly opened April 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CST).  No emailed or faxed bids will be

accepted.  Contract bids must be signed, sealed and plainly marked by specified

bid code as listed above.  No awards will be given on this date.

Initial awarded Bid Contract Term will begin July 01, 2019 – September 30, 2020.

 

NWTEDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
