Sealed bids for Lawn Care will be received by Northwest Tennessee Head Start at 938C Walnut Avenue W. McKenzie, TN  38202 until 10:00 a.m. on April 29, 2022.  Bids will be for Lawn Care from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 - with two additional years possible.  The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

The following Acts and Amendments apply to this project:

•  The Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act
• Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act
• Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment

​This invitation quote consists of Lawn Care for the Centers on the Bid Sheets. Centers involve: McKenzie, Huntingdon, Camden, Union City, Tiptonville, Dresden, Humboldt and Jackson.  Bid packages will be available at the Central Office located at 938C Walnut Avenue W. McKenzie, TN 38201.  Bid Packages can be picked up at this location or will be sent by United States Postal System.  If you would like a package mailed to you, please call (731)352-4743.  Please specify which Bid Package you are requesting to be mailed. be The owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.  No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids.
